Abstracts

Abstracts of oral and poster presentations must be in English and should not exceed 350-500 words. The deadline for abstract submission is March 31, 2023. Please use the online Abstract submission form below. The name of file must be formatted as LastName_ShortenedAbstractTitle.

Oral presentations 

Presentation talks should be limited to 10 minutes and plus 3 minutes for Q&A. 

Posters

It is said that a poster presentation provides the ideal opportunity to meet and talk with other colleagues who have a direct interest in your work. It often offers a more intimate forum for information exchange than does a spoken presentation. 

Poster size should be not more than 90×90 cm. Please do not exceed this poster size, as there will be NO room for larger posters! 

Proceedings 

Submitted abstracts will be printed as a proceedings before the meeting and each participant will receive a copy.
